01
Walkthrough and listen.
We come to your home or jump on a video call. You walk us through the space, what you like, what bugs you, and what you've been picturing. We ask questions. We take measurements. We give you our honest read on what's possible inside your budget — and what's going to fight you. No quote yet. Just a clear conversation.
02
Design and proposal.
We come back with a written scope, renderings or drawings, finish samples you can hold, and a fixed price with a real timeline. You sit with it. You ask questions. You change things. Nothing gets ordered until you've signed off on the design and the number.
03
Schedule and pre-build.
Materials get ordered. The specialist trade for your project — cabinetmaker, sauna builder, glass team, whoever — gets briefed and put on the calendar. You get the schedule in writing: when crews show up, what happens each week, when you can expect dust and when you can expect quiet.
04
Build.
The work happens. David is on-site or on-call every working day. You get a single point of contact for every question, every decision, every adjustment. If something needs to change, you hear about it before it happens, not after. If something runs ahead of schedule, you hear that too.
05
Walkthrough and punch list.
Before we call the job done, we walk it together. You point out anything that isn't right. We fix it. Nothing on the punch list lingers. We don't disappear when the last screw goes in.
06
Warranty and what's next.
You get written warranty terms from the specialty trades who built the project. You get David's number — the same one you had on day one. If anything needs attention six months in, you call. We pick up.
