David Raik has spent his career managing custom interior projects and selling premium home improvements across San Diego. Years of project management. Years of sales. Years of watching homeowners get burned by contractors who took the deposit and stopped answering the phone.

What he doesn't do is pretend to be the cabinetmaker, the sauna builder, the glass team, and the Lutron tech all at once. Nobody can be all of those things at the level our clients expect. So David spent years building a curated network of licensed specialty trades — each one with 15 to 30 years inside their craft — and he brings the right one to the right project.

Every trade carries their own license, their own bond, and their own insurance — and they keep all three because their reputation depends on it. All work performed on your project is performed by licensed, bonded, and insured specialty trades.
